Before purchasing
please know that you are purchasing a HANDMADE items here in ekiLove. They are not factory made items so there might be imperfections and please handle the items with care since I am not responsible for items that were mishandled and are broken from the results. Materials that are used for each items are listed in the description so please beware of the contents of each items before making a purchase. I make all of the items with much care, love and with quality. So please love and take a good care your ekiLove creations, that would be very much appreciated when you purchase one of my handmades :)
Postage ?All Orders will be sent by USPS first class shipping. we provide lowest shipping method possible or else chosen by the buyer to be shipped with priority for more faster and secure way to be delivered.
Delivery?
Once I have received your payment you will get a confirmation email of your order once then the items will be dispatched within the time frame of 2-7 days depending on the volume of orders. I will email you once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time differs depending on your location, usually for domestic orders it will take 2-4 days and for international first class orders it will take any where from 5-18 days and global priority will take 4-6 days.
Once the items leaves my hands I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages so if you are international buyers I strongly suggests adding insurance or tracking for additional fee or choose global priority shipping method since insurance is already added service.
